We had an appointment - this time were going to wait. As usual, very happy with the staff, customer service and service to our vehicle.

Sallas has always provided honest, courteous and quality service. I've received accurate information about repairs and costs prior to any work conducted. I've never felt upsold or charged for unnecessary work. I'm very satisfied and recommend Sallas. I'm from out of town and travel to KC enough that I keep a car here. I bought it used and in good shape. It's not driven very much and sits for long periods of time. I have relied on Sallas for its maintenance.

Repair was done by noon, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Brakes are back to normal.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires that another car dealer had told me it was my imagination and there was nothing wrong however, I still kept having to put extra air in my tire each week. I took it to salas late on a Friday afternoon. They worked me in immediately and diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a very minimal charge. These people are terrific they go out of their way to help you. No more leaks.

Got my car in and fixed in a few days. Every other shop/dealership said it would be two weeks before they could even do a diagnostic test. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person, they care about the customer. I will be using Sallas Auto for my needs in the future!
