The issue I had was not a straight forward problem, and the more the Sallas Technician knew about our symptoms the better he was able to diagnose the problem. During the course of troubleshooting, many emails was exchanged between me and Zach at Sallas. They gave me options, told me about their progress and other issues discovered in a timely manner. Althrough we suspected the starter, they were unable to duplicate the issue. They didn't want to replace the starter without confirming, which some places they would have just to get the extra charges.
