These guys are the best. A very high level of customer service. When doing extended service, they give almost daily updates so there will be no surprises when picking up your car. Availability of a loaner car is a real convenience, and much appreciated. Anyone looking for honest, reliable service, this is the place to come. I am so glad I found this shop.

After finding a big oil leak and not knowing where the leak was coming from, the winter weather persuaded me to call Zack as I knew they would be able to fix my problem and they did in a minimal amt. of down time for me.

My coupe recently stopped while driving on the highway. There was no power to the engine so I immediately pulled to the side of the highway and called roadside assistance for a tow. I live by Liberty so made the decision to have the car towed to KC Complete Auto which was 8 minutes away instead of taking it to Sallas Auto in Overland Park even though they have been my mechanic for the last 12 years. This decision was a BIG mistake! KC Complete called me a few hours later to tell me the mass airflow sensor and throttle body were bad and it would cost $1104 to make the repairs. This made no sense as my car is serviced regularly at Sallas. I called Sallas and they confirmed something didn't sound right based on what the shop was telling me. I then made the decision to spend $200 for a tow from Liberty to OP so they could look at the car. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and found nothing wrong. They told me that mass airflow sensors are very picky and even a spec of dirt can cause it to malfunction so cleaning it should be the first option - not just replacing it. The throttle body was also thoroughly cleaned along with fuel injectors. This service was $110 which is far less than the $1104 quote KC Complete gave me. The car was brought in late on a Thursday night so the folks at Sallas loaned me a car to drive until mine was done. They even suggested leaving it over the weekend so it could be driven numerous times after being serviced to make sure that nothing else was wrong. John, Ross and the rest of the team always take great care of my car and I can trust what they are telling me to is true.
